Trust Wallet sunset support for 25 networks on September 15, 2026. Users may find that an affected network no longer appears in the standard interface even though the assets still exist on the underlying blockchain.
What “unsupported” means
Removing native wallet support is not the same as burning or transferring assets. For compatible EVM networks, users may be able to add the network manually with correct RPC details. Some non-EVM assets may require a different compatible wallet.
How to recover visibility safely
First identify the blockchain where the asset actually lives. Use the network’s explorer to confirm the address balance. Then follow official Trust Wallet guidance or the network’s official wallet guidance. Never enter a recovery phrase into a random “asset recovery” website.
Watch for migration scams
Trust Wallet has warned about fake compensation forms, impersonated support accounts and direct messages. A support representative should not need your seed phrase. The safest recovery process is one you initiate through official documentation.
